Accessibility Statement

At build it up (formerly ProPage, operated by Otef Digital Agency), accessibility is a core value. We work to make the Website and website-building platform accessible to the public, including people with disabilities. We believe that the internet should be equitable and open to everyone.

This Statement applies to builditup.io, the Platform pages on propage.co.il, and the System’s management interface. Websites created through the System by end Users remain the responsibility of their respective Website Owners, as stated in the Terms of Use.

We provide infrastructure and templates intended to help create accessible websites. However, each Website Owner is responsible for reviewing the completed website, its content, images, videos, documents, colors, custom code, and subsequent updates, and for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable to it.

The Website’s accessibility implementation is guided by the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services), 5773–2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Additional adjustments:

• A persistent accessibility menu available from every page.
• Full right-to-left direction support for Hebrew.
• Highlighted links and clearly visible focus states.
• Forms with labels, clear error messages, and required-field indicators.
• A hierarchical heading structure (H1 → H2 → H3).
• Alternative text for meaningful images.
• No video automatically plays with sound.

The Website includes an accessibility control that can be opened through the fixed accessibility button in the corner of the screen. It provides adjustments including:

• Increasing and decreasing text size.
• Highlighting links and headings.
• High contrast, dark mode, and grayscale.
• Pausing animations and motion.
• Increasing cursor size.
• Quickly resetting all settings.

This Statement is updated periodically to reflect changes to the Website, new accessibility adjustments, and updates to applicable standards. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
