Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you browse a website. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences—such as sign-in status, language, and text size—for a period of time, so that you do not need to enter them again on every visit.

This Policy explains which cookies are used by build it up (formerly ProPage), available at builditup.io and through other Company domains, including propage.co.il and its subdomains, and how you can manage them.

2. Types of Cookies Used by the System

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential to the System’s core operation and cannot be disabled. They include authentication cookies, security cookies such as CSRF protection, and session-state cookies. The System cannot be used without them.

Legal basis: legitimate interests / performance of a contract.

2.2 Functional Cookies

These cookies remember your preferences, such as light or dark mode, language, accessibility settings, and other variables that improve the user experience. Blocking them will not prevent basic operation, but may reduce convenience.

2.3 Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how Visitors use the Website, including which pages are popular and which navigation paths recur. Data is collected in aggregated or anonymous form. We may use services such as:

  • Umami / Vercel Analytics — privacy-focused usage analytics without personal identifiers.
  • Microsoft Clarity — behavioral analysis and interaction visualization, if enabled.

2.4 Marketing and Advertising Cookies

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies for retargeting or ad tracking on the Website. If marketing pixels such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads are implemented in the future, this Policy will be updated and prior consent will be requested.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are controlled by external service providers, including:

  • Vercel — hosting platform; strictly necessary cookies only.
  • Neon — authentication and database infrastructure; authentication cookies.
  • Cloudinary — image hosting; limited functional cookies may be loaded when images are displayed.
  • Google OAuth — when you choose to sign in with a Google account.

Each provider is governed by its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing those policies where appropriate.

4. How to Manage and Block Cookies

You may block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Instructions for common browsers are available here:

Please note: blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in and access to parts of the System.

5. Cookies on Websites Created Through the System

Website Owners may embed third-party components on websites operated through the System, including pixels, measurement tools, and chat tools, which may set additional cookies. The Website Owner alone is responsible for those cookies and for obtaining Visitors’ consent as required by law, as detailed in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

build it up may provide technical infrastructure, templates, or basic measurement components, but does not review in advance every integration, tag, pixel, custom code snippet, or third-party tool selected by a Website Owner. The Website Owner is responsible for updating its legal documents, displaying consent mechanisms where required, and ensuring that its use of cookies complies with the laws applicable to its activities.

6. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741–1981. The competent courts in the Southern District (Beer Sheva) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
